This is typical Trump: create a crisis and then negotiate your way out of it to get a better "deal." Some of these strategies may work but they create havoc in the system, and their outcomes are unpredictable.

In the meantime, everyone lives in this constant state of turmoil, like it was under Trump 1.0. At the least, it is not good for anyone's mental health, at best, there could be some sporadic positive results in an otherwise sea of chaos.
